I got a problem with "installing" a subtitle with a movie

Alsalamu aleikum..
I use normally Virtual dub to put a subtitle in a movie........
BUt in this movie i did get this problem ..

VirtualDub has detected and improper VBR audio encording in the Source Avi file and will rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during precessing for better combitibility,

And many other things

ANd the problem is that the sound dont come the same time as they talk in the movie..........

If anybody can help please help-..............
